Why "Mia"
The name was not a marketing decision, but an attitude.
"Mia" stands for

Mia is also the name of the founder's daughter. She symbolically represents the future, responsibility, and the aspiration to build things that last.
The Origin – Deliberately a Different Path
The Beginning
The foundation of our current structure was laid on January 1, 2003.
Founder and owner Tobias Rösch spent over ten years at Deutsche Bank after his training as an insurance clerk, mortgage broker, and real estate agent.
There he learned to appreciate structure, organization, and processes – while it became clear that the personal, individual, and heartfelt often falls short in large organizations.
The Conscious Separation
From this inner discrepancy came the conscious separation. Not out of dissatisfaction, but from the conviction that things must be done differently.
A one-year business sabbatical followed. Time to organize thoughts, reflect on experiences, and develop a structure that is sustainable in the long term – professionally, personally, and organizationally.
Today – 23+ Years of Experience
A proven structure, grown partnerships, and clear values. From Schwetzingen, we accompany people and projects – regionally, nationwide, and internationally.
