Buyers constantly conflate the two. Oftersheim has its own tax rates, schools and clubs. Communicate this clearly in the exposé or buyers will devalue the address.

No. Oftersheim is an independent municipality with different administration, different tax rates and its own housing substance. Schwetzingen branding would weaken Oftersheim, not strengthen it. We position Oftersheim on its own strengths: Hardtwald, rail access, family-friendliness.
